Covid-19 Message from our CEO:
As we collectively navigate the COVID 19 Pandemic, I want to assure you that Bethesda is taking this fight very seriously. We all have a social responsibility in the days ahead and we are doing everything we can to ensure the health and safety of the people we support, their families, as well as our staff and contractors. We recognize that there is a lot of uncertainty and fear right now, so it is even more important to offer support, encouragement, hope, peace and courage. And to remember Who is our source of these things.
We are making difficult daily decisions as we respond to the rapidly changing landscapes in our communities. We are closely following and adhering to the directives issued by the BC and Canadian Health Officers. There will be disruptions in some services as we focus our resources and redeploy staff to essential services over the coming days. I want to thank for your understanding.
Most importantly, we will strive to be a place of refuge and calm for those who rely on our services and for our staff. More than ever we are leaning into verses like Proverbs 3: 5-6, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your path”. And Psalm 91:2, “He alone is my refuge, my place of safety; He is my God and I trust Him”.
We value you all so deeply and are doing our best to make decisions in everyone’s best interest. Join us in praying for each other, our communities, our province, and our world as we walk this journey together.
Grace and Peace,
Jody Siebert – CEO, Bethesda

"...make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; and to godliness, mutual affection; and to mutual affection, love."
