HOME SHARE NEEDED

Bethesda, in cooperation with Thompson Community Services, is assisting a family in the Kamloops area in their search for a Christian home for their 34 year old son who has Down Syndrome. He enjoys a variety of activities that include volunteering at his church, gardening, swimming, bowling, being outdoors in nature, crafting, and going for coffee with friends and family. His Christian faith is very important to him, so placement with a Christian family is a top priority.  A couple with no young children living in the home would be preferred.  While Kamloops is the preferred location, the family would consider Home Share options in the Shuswap area as well.  For more information or to express interest in this opportunity, please email Andrina Tenisci at Thompson Community Services:  Andrina, atenisci@tcsinfo.ca .
