*Complaints process*

 

All staff, volunteers and contractors have agreed that they will uphold the rights of persons and families served. Any person who believes a decision or action has not upheld those rights can file a complaint with Bethesda Christian Association via the Complaints Process.

 

INDIVIDUALS RIGHTS & FREEDOMS: Bethesda recognizes that people receiving support have the same fundamental rights and freedoms as all Canadian citizens including freedom from unlawful discrimination based on race, color, creed, citizenship, national origin, sex, age, religion, illness or disability.
