*Complaints process*

 

Summary Statement: All staff, volunteers and contractors have agreed that they will uphold the rights of persons and families served. Any person who believes a decision or action has not upheld those rights can file a complaint with Bethesda Christian Association via the Complaints Process.

 

INDIVIDUALS RIGHTS & FREEDOMS POLICY: Bethesda Christian Association has a Individual Rights and Freedoms Policy in place for those that we serve. Guidelines are located in the Bethesda Policy and Procedure Manual under Section A5-6, Philosophy and Services- Individuals Rights and Freedoms.

COMPLAINTS PROCESS POLICY: Bethesda Christian Association has a Complaints Process in place for those that we serve. Guidelines are located in the Bethesda Policy and Procedure Manual under Section B-43-48, Supporting the Individual- Complaints Process.
